You know all those “share to Facebook” / “share to Twitter” links you see all over peoples’ websites? They’re all out of date.
The dev here has created an updated sharing platform that designed to scale. It won't share to nostr clients (at least for me, it just takes me to the nostr client page directly), and in the case of SN, it takes you to the main Post page (https://stacker.news/post), but doesn't autofill the link (since that would require going to https://stacker.news/post?type=link). I've emailed the dev to ask if that's possible.
But even as it stands, it's a super-nifty open sharing tool that can be added to sites, and already covers "big" sites (FB/Twitter etc), plus Mastodon, Known, and indieweb pages.

Interesting. Please keep us updated on any response you receive. I can't use it without SN and nostr capabilities.

Absolutely! I suspect (I say, as someone with very little programming knowledge) that SN is low-hanging fruit (there's a url and a text field, which I'm pretty sure is all that's needed). Nostr may be more complex since clients (at least snort and primal) don't have a separate url for creating an entry. But there may be a way to still force that. I'll update if/when I hear back.

Interesting. Wonder how much it will help before it also becomes outdated.
