they are simply using Bitcoinize POS machine. The big work is probably made from the accounting company making sure everything fit in the books.
I wonder what will happen when gov will continue enforcing KYC. In hotels, you need to identify yourself, always. I'm still dreaming about a (inter)Continental hotel global chain like the one John Wick join when in trouble... a safe and trusted place to stay, but the price is in bitcoin instead of gold coins.

That is literally a PMA (private members association). In other words "none of your business". Is private.
