I always enjoyed Bill Walton's commentary though he was quite eccentric.
Saying that he needs a 12" from Demarcus Cousins, not a 6", was a high point in sports TV history.
I was hoping for some great Dick references from Raptors announcers this past season but there weren't many. The play by play guy always calls him Gradey in action and then he will refer to him as Dick afterwards. Guess he doesn't want to go viral.
As a Grateful Dead fan, I always would look to the floor seats to see him, arms raised, wearing tie dye and towering over the crowd.

The closest I got was we were walking into MSG next to each other for a show once. I just nodded at him and he nodded back and smiled.
