Thanks for sharing @Lux, I wonder if anything it mention is valid only in the US, I assume that isn't. There's any other sources you can share that are outside the US and going thought the same journey and results?
there's many, each in their own way. the principles and money are the same, all gov corps are registered in america
some things that worked in the past changed, some people give wrong advice (un)intentionally
