Just flush it away if it's overheating. My family car is quite new and don't have this habit. I've taken it to an altitude of 5000 metres on the Himalyas and it's working quite nicely.
I should probably flush it just in case.
I havent done anything with the radiator in a long time.
I havent overheated, just noticed it gets warmer in traffic.
