We all talk about POW, but it upsets me that oftentimes the people who do most of the work get a tiny fraction of the reward.

That's partly why I quit my job and started to do my own thing a few years ago because it's just not fair - I work hard to do the job and need to do what was told and be there every day, then you just reap my effort and giving me a faction called the salary? how is this even make sense, not to mention all the stupid corporation shit and unproductive meetings...

I was hanging around with a copper master during the day to learn how copper is being made because it's mind-blowingly beautiful! But I already feel bad because it's so hot, and you really need to keep punching, one by one, with your hand, the sounds is like music! and I got longer videos, happy to share them later - will SN have the feature to upload vids later? @ek

Then I heard the similar music that I acquainted my ear with in the afternoon, I knew it should be a copper smith still working, then I followed the sound as I was curious to see who else was still working in this late time? it led me to see this man still doing work at 9 pm, and the room was so dark, I could barely see anything there, yet he was doing the craving, and his wife was helping too, and they didn't pressure me to buy anything but so happy to see that I'm interested...I then left and kept wandering around to see the scenes less seen.
