In my previous post about 'Bitcoin is already a social movement or not', I tried to explore the PoV of stackers here about the need of a proper organisation that can lead the Bitcoin Revolution. In the meantime, I was happy that I could read about Bitcoin Circular Economies are being developed to realise the dream. Thanks to this post.
I have found one such organisation that is setting clear vision and a line of communication for implementing BCEs. However, being a newbie, I just couldn't completely grip on it. So, I kindly request all stackers to guide me with their views on the following:

Mission

We advance the development and growth of local Bitcoin circular economies (BCE) around the world as a means to achieve our vision. We do so through a variety of joint projects and networks providing mutual support, resources and tools.

Structure & Team

FBCE is a growing federation of local Bitcoin circular economies (BCE) around the world working together to advance a shared vision and mission. The federation is operated, for the time being, as an unincorporated organization. FBCE is guided by a global Advisory/Planning Committee and a part-time operations coordinator.
FBCE currently categorizes Bitcoin Circular Economies according to five tiers of development. Each tier (from 1 to 5) represents an increased level of development. FBCE considers Tiers 1-2 to be "Emerging" BTC Circular Economies and Tiers 3-5 to be "Advanced" BTC Circular Economies.
this concept revolves around creating a self sustaining economy that operates largely within the bitcoin Eco system , reducing reliance on traditional fiat currency
