i’ve been using cake wallet to hodl my BTC, however, i’ve noticed it is not among the recommended “wallets” at the bitcoin.org website.

is it a fair “wallet” or should i be aware of any issue? please consider i’ve just had my orange pill and i’m not that proficient in technical terms - yet.

Does it have RBF support (where you can bump the fee if your trx does not confirm promptly)?

I see it does have Coin Control (where you can choose which UTXO to spend, and is needed if doing a CBFP fee bump):

No Lightning network support though.

Wallet Scrutiny hasn't attempted to verify if the source is reproducible with a recent release, but their attempt from a year ago showed the binary release was not reproducible from the source code:

Stay away from "multi-crypto" wallet apps.
BITCOIN ONLY.

bitcoin.org list is quite outdated. Better option would probably be Samourai wallet or even better get hardware wallet, like Trezor.
