Likely not, since essentially everything used to create bitcoin had already existed. Satoshi was just the first to come up with the idea to assemble them in a way that solved the byzantine general's problem and make it work as a censorship-resistant payment network.
If there are aliens, and they are intelligent beings with technology at least as advanced as ours, they probably already have a bitcoin equivalent.
