Has anyone else encountered this?
The he/she him/here them/they pronoun thing?
How far has this society fallen?
I have a hard time keeping this stuff straight.

When I was in Japan earlier this year I met two them / theys. They were nice people but I kept calling the person who clearly was born a man by male pronouns and had to catch myself a few times. Seemed like the person wasn't too bothered by it. I just try and call everyone by their name then I don't have to bother about remembering their pronouns or whatever.

It doesnt bother me, but why make it difficult for everyone else?
I find it a bit weird, thats all.

i had a hiring manager ask me what my pronouns were a few years ago. I was like "huh? I'm not gay if that's what you're asking....which I'm pretty sure is illegal"
