Thinking through an idea to orange pill all the food growers at the county fair. Also want to create or incentivize these food producers to join a 'decentralized grocery store network
Working on figuring out the most effective entry point that won't scare away many of the folks who shy away from the digital world & digital money
Also thinking through the right tech platform to connect everybody. Matrix is the front runner. Keet.io would be in the running if they had a mobile app. I wish there was something where everyone could easily add some profile information with what they produce, their skills, or other things of value they can provide to the community

You may also consider Galoy's model since they did develop a merchant network for a circular economy (Bitcoin beach) https://galoy.io/bitcoin-banking-for-communities-lessons-learned-from-el-zonte/
Simple user experience suggestion, list by product type, not store name. Stores should be listed next to each other under product types. This is because I as the consumer do not first look at stores I've never heard of, but rather look first for product type, and then consider who's product of that type I may prefer.

Try to connect with the people at the beef initiative, frequenting farmers markets would be a great Idea too
