Haha! The OP have made your comment irrelevant by editing the title, I think.. That's 10 minutes effect. Btw what in your opinion constitutes a balanced diet? Do you believe in the nutrition theory, calories and more? Think a person with heavy work out schedule often have to consume way more calories... These gym people are like - need to eat more to burn calories or burn calories because they eat more? Seems like a propoganda to me.
