Yeah I don't it works that way. There are no UTXOs in eth, it's account based. So you recieve eth into your account and then all your other eth also get tainted.

It won’t play in court and that’s the problem. Prominent figures like ETHdev or Fallon will be able to argue with CEXes that their balance is tainted against their will and will be heard.
