I love my Weber, but I'm not going to lie: If I found myself with one of those $5000 mega-grills, I'd be delighted and put it to great use. Each has a purpose and stuff they're best at.
I grill, but I'm not good at it. Everything is too rare or too well done. My wife is a better cook than me, and she's probably a better griller, but she humors me.

Im sure she also enjoys the time off from cooking. But I remember my mother still being busy preparing all the potato salad and everything.
