Many thanks for including me in your post. It was very interesting @BitcoinAbhi's poll, it made me think back to that ugly chapter in our lives. To your survey I replied with the conviction of a minimum police enforcement.

It's true that we Italians are often undisciplined and don't like to respect the rules they impose on us. But going so far as to have to show a piece of paper with the reason for my departure at a police checkpoint was just too much.

We needed less police and more government marketing to make people aware of necessary precautions such as wearing a mask, hand hygiene and social distance, to defeat covid by everyone doing their part.

But with fear an entire population is held in check..
