This. People who want to use EVM contracts go and do it on chains with more liquidity. "It's built on bitcoin!" isn't enough of a reason for people to leave behind deeper liquidity and a larger ecosystem.

Lol what do altcoins do that actually need to be ported to bitcoin? Didn't RSK show that no one in bitcoin cares about EVM based smart contracts
