I tried all the different ways listed in this stackoverflow page to embed videos here but none of them seem to work.
Anyone know of a way?

The only video embed currently supported on SN is Youtube (for a Link post that is for a Youtube URL).
There is Issue #9 on the Github repo for SN, requesting video embed support (e.g., mp4). In that are additional video formats requested ... support posts for Peertube (e.g., BitcoinTV), and Rumble.
