In this clip with Bongino (former Secret Service) + Tucker + Don Jr....they say that the roof where the sniper shot from was supposed to have an agent positioned on it, but the agent never showed up that day.
The story keeps getting weirder....
I hadn't heard that yet. The story seems to keep changing. They've also said that the agents were inside the building because the roof was dangerously sloped.
I have heard former Secret Service say that Trump should not have been allowed out of the car until someone confirmed that everything like that roof was secured.
Yes, Bongino makes the point that this is reason for nonsensical excuses of "roof too sloped"....is that they are covering up for the missing agent.....and also dovetails with the confusing reports that "agents were inside the building". Basically they are doing the old routine of throwing out so much conflicting and overlapping info to muddy the water.
Another bit of weirdness is that they originally reported that "suspicious van with arizona plates that had explosives" was linked to shooter.
Now they say shooter was in Hyundai Sonata....so what happened to the van? Was that not linked to shooter? who owns the van? (note: typically car rental plates are from AZ because of the low fees and ease of out-of-state registration).

Right. Why was it believed to be the suspect's if it wasn't? And, more importantly, if it wasn't the suspect's van, then whose van was full of explosives and why?
Maybe 1 person drove 2 cars.....like 2 planes knocked down 3 buildings?

What if he was convinced that he could PROTECT Donald Trump by being a sniper and he was set up. After the real shooter did his thing the boy was shot by USS sniper.
Granted I don't trust what we are being told about this kid, people are pointing out he was a registered republican like that matters. Others are pointing out he donated to act blue. If I am to take this at face value neither on their own give you motive.
Many people change their politics like changing shirts and also never update their voter registration. I know I didn't until many years later. A few years ago I de-registered.
Donating to a cause is obviously a stronger signal than voter registration. Also, do not forget. There are many republicans that hate Trump as much as the democrats do.
Regardless, a kid that would do this is not well.
When we hear about false flags and also patsy use and MKULTRA it's not hard to come to the conclusion that an unknown, young man would be used. Maybe more interesting is that if he thought he was on the protection team he would not act too strange and his thin background would not arouse suspicion. Direct him to the location and have a trained shooter nearby to do the deed and maybe do the deed with non-lethal precision. Then have normal protection execute the perceived shooter..
Regardless the deep state will gain power because the result of any state is a deep state. Then there will be a broke state, a replacement state and the financial state will continue.
That's pretty dark. Interesting thought, though.
Ohh! Comeon, I'm just fed up with all that is being speculated about the possible assassination of Trump! It would have been interesting if he was injured by the bullet but actually he was by a shoe strap while falling down!
Why the irritation? It's a major event that hasn't been fully explained. Of course people are going to keep analyzing the details until they understand it.
Not irritating to me. Not at all! It's just my way of analysis. Let me say it again. Trump wasn't rubbed by a bullet, in fact he rubbed a shoe buckle or strap while he fell down after he listened that the shots were fired.
He's not that good of an actor. Have you seen Home Alone 2? Also, there are a bunch of photos of him on the ground. Nothing I've seen supports what you're asserting.
I may be wrong but I don't think that the bullet rubbed his ear.

It's a hyperbole. Sometimes the simple, straightforward solution is the true one
Ok. I'm not sure who it's directed at. I've been following the story pretty extensively and I haven't seen anyone making those arguments. That's why it seemed like a strawman.

Kind of frustrating that they don't actually show you the perspectives from the rooftops, but rather hover above them. Still, it's a neat construction.
I think we need to wait for information to trickle our way before we come up with some mad conspiracy theories.
I agree. It's reasonable to think through the possible scenarios that fit the evidence we have, but it seems too early to draw many conclusions.
Yes, and everyone needs to realize that the information they give us might also be missing some key points.
We have to question everything and look at everything under a microscope.
