I don't see anything negative with the conference. When you mentioned about ticket prices, you should've compared them with the other events like a music concert which hardly runs for a few hours. I've come to know that a Swift concert many cost you $1500 for 1 to 2 hours only. This conference as it's running for days and including so much, and also do not get as much crowd as a concert does. The prices for tickets are not that high.
