This really irks me.
How everyone else pays their taxes on time, but the people working at that agency try to slip through a loophole.

If Not paying taxes is dishonesty, you can call it that way but I view it as the slavery of fiat systems.

The fiat system and taxes are different.
People not paying their taxes, that is dishonest.
That is a choice to be dishonest.

Right, its because enough people arent stepping up to correct it.
