I don't think it's fake news, my dear, especially since Paris has been suffering from this problem for some time. The dilemma is with the visitors to Paris, not the residents.

No, the rats arent fake.. But the news are not really news.. its a widly known problem.. They keep blaming the rains.. when there a lot of rain every year. They are just trying to hide HUGE INCOMPETENCE. Same thing with the Sena river.. After spending millions to try to make them clean, today they couldnt allow people in the waters because of the filth.. And they used the rain again as excuse..
