Just came back after 2h of doomscrolling on Reddit. It's infuriating to me that people have opinions befpre knowing the very basics of the tech or the economics.
My guy, you listen to me, not the other way round if you don't know the difference between symmetrical and asymmetrical cryptography, if you obviously have no idea what hashing or signing is. And you are not entitled to an opinion if you have no experience with markets, how markets price in stuff, what arbitrage or spreads are.
We made a huge mistake in being the safe harbor for contrarian edgelords. Of course they are welcome (Bitcoin is permissionless) but we should have taught them to stfu and learn/listen first. Making us look bad in front of the very people we want to convince.
