Who could have predicted someone with Rwandan heritage would stab multiple children?
After all only 2 million people were killed in Rwanda via machete and sabre in 1994

Oh my goodness. That’s horrible.
No I don’t think we can charge the parents for their children’s behaviour unless they provoked it in some way.

Last Monday in the UK, a 17 yo deranged guy stormed a class and stabbed three children to death. The whole country is still under shock.
I don't (want to) know his motives, I just want he gets locked up forever.
Q: Considering that he's not 18 yet, do you think his parents should also be charged / convicted?
