I had to translate some parts to make sure I was reading correctly. I don't really believe this, there may be a statistical relationship but the faces evolving according to the name seems a bit far-fetched to me.

Yeah, I'm sceptical too. PNAS is pretty legit though. I will check the original article later to see if nothing got lost in translation when making the simplified large-public piece...
