Who thinks it is unfair that an individual medal has the same weight as a team medal?

I think it is unfair and it should be redefined. For me, team medals should have more weight, because in addition to the personal effort attributable to the sport itself, there is a work of coordination and camaraderie that has added value.

In addition, there are individual medals where the athlete has the option of participating several times in slightly different events, while in teams there is no possibility of doing variants of events.
