Did you read 'Money Messiah'? Basically that so far. Though it's spawned a 'to-write' list that is growing by the day, which puts some more flesh on those ideas. It's all pretty insane really, but these ideas and themes keep emerging, and I'm hopeful that if we do our best to see and think clearly, and collectively refine these ideas, we should inch closer to understanding why.
