How do you use "label" and "message" fields in Bitcoin wallets?

BTC Core and I believe other some wallets as well have have this option to add label and message while transacting.

  2. I always put this message: "fuck the banks and govs"
  3. I like how Blixt wallet you can attach also a payer name besides the message. Is handy when you want to send a donation and attach a name.
