Poor man’s pudding sounds legit. I’m surprised there isn’t a standout internationally known Canadian dessert that features maple syrup

It's a little known secret, often served at sugar shacks restaurants. Can't go wrong mixing lots of butter, heavy cream and maple syrup together.
