Central America! Are you talking about Amazon and Cango? They are really beautiful places from what I've known from my Geography books. They are very different for me and I will check about them.

There are many Bitcoin Communities in LATAM, so that's my recommendation. Honduras, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Brazil, etc.
