Not true. Remember that you don't need to simulate stuff in real time. 1 second of simulated environment could be computed in 10 seconds. Whatever you lack in compute power dimension you can compensate in time dimension.

that might explain how we have a LOT of computational power, but not necessarily and unlimited amount, which means the paradox stands imo
