Can someone double check my experience?
I am able to deposit into Coin.os today but can not withdraw.
When trying to withdraw I receive:
"Error
Something went wrong
Internal Error"
This pattern of being able to deposit and not withdraw raises some red flags for me and I wanted to raise the possible alarm to SN users.
They often have issues with liquidity. People start discovering this service and abuse it, by moving around large quantities of sats and this is affecting their node liquidity. Calm down and wait until they rebalance their channels.

Hi @DarthCoin, although we have these issues sometimes just like all other lightning wallets, we don't have these issues very often anymore. We have a decent volume of monthly Lightning transactions and we don't get complaints very often. Thanks for using it and giving us feedback regardless though. Want to try some transactions right now and let us know how it works for you? Keep in mind, if you're using your own Lightning Node, we recommend you open a channel with us. Our lightning node is here: Linktr.ee/coinos.io

I know, I've just made a coinos swap (send onchain to coinos and then swap to LN) and worked perfectly fine.
I really do not want to "promote" CoinOS as a "swap service" but as a perfect onboarding platform for small merchants. For more people will find out that CoinOS is a marvel service, more will fuck it up and I do not want that..... if you know what I mean... Really appreciate your service guys!

I haven’t tried that wallet yet. Do they have a support option. I had a problem with Breez a few weeks back and I contacted the developer and they sorted it out for me.

I don't know about support. My post was just a Public service announcement

Gotcha.

FYI: They have a support menu in the app.

Hi! You can reach us via our support button on our home page Coinos.io. Happy to help you!
Still having issues?
reply
I am good to go, no issues anymore.

I suspect @DarthCoin is correct. I hope you have contracted their support. You can use an email alias service to give more privacy but they are helpful. Give that a try.

Hello, check carefully when making your withdrawal. I read your post and immediately went to Coinos and moved some SATS to SN. And everything turned out as expected, I was more interested in entering the shipping address than the funds arriving at SN, it was instantaneous!!

It is now working for me

They might be experiencing some issues. FWIW, I was able to send to another coinos user.

It seems to be working again btw.

I think you mean coinos.io, right?
I just tried to withdraw and it failed too, with the same errors. But deposit worked fine.
reply
Yes, coinos.os
Thank you for testing

No problem! Happy to help.
