First all we need is patience. After that everything will be sure.

Social life.
I wish my children grow up quickly so that I can resume nightly gatherings with my friends

Children will grow in their own time. You will have to manage your time.

Just time more time. Wish we could have 30hr days this way I could sleep for 6 and work the rest of the day. As I get older realize sleep gets in the way of a lot of things. It’s too bad human bodies can’t go without sleep.

I usually sleep 4 to 5 hours only. My perspective about sleep is a little different. I think that sleep patterns differ person to person. A person might feel as usual with a 5 hours of sleep. Whereas another person would need an 8 to 9 hours of sleep to feel energetic enough to go about working.
I associate sleep patterns with habit. Sleeping more or less is just another habit. If you've always been sleeping for 8 hours daily, your body will be reluctant to get up before you take a full 8 hours of sleep.
For me, it's always been 4 to 5 hours and till now I haven't felt any problems physically or mentally. I'm in my late 40s now.

Patience, which is somewhat related to time preference
reply
Patience is the number one intangible that we do not have in this day and age. We are always impatient. Always pretending that we are patient although everybody is noticing the obvious manifestation of impatience.

A few things actually. I put adventure but I could definitely do with financial freedom to facilitate more travel. Otherwise I can’t complain, life is pretty great.
