There's a lot of hype among bitcoiners to exercise and go to the gym, but as a gym hater and always trying to find effiency in things I like biking to work, using the building stairs and walking to places. I feel healthy this way and I like it so much because I am not losing time in a gym, saving money to move around and having fun while doing it. What do you think?

I have always opted to walk, jog or run in nature, in the open air. I am not a fan of being locked up in one place doing exercise. Of course, in a gym you also meet and share with many people. You really should exercise or move in the environment you prefer.

A lot of what people talk about is exercise and you're talking about movement. I'd guess movement is more important than exercise. That is, lots of low impact physical challenges vs a short burst of high impact challenge. There isn't a gym membership or a lot of equipment to sell for movement though.

True, there's also the monetary aspect of it. Plus movement is the natural thing with the test of time of centuries.
