Well, the curiosity made me to look it up. Apparently , it is in the Galleria dell’Accademia in Firenze. Is it possible? Previously it was at Galleria degli Uffizi in Firenze.
The author seems to be Silvestro dei Gherarducci. Painted between 1366-1375.
