From where I see it, I would like the answer to be YES. But the point is that the adoption of Bitcoin goes through the education of people about Bitcoin and its benefits, the reduction or elimination of attacks against Bitcoin by government and economic entities, which are so hypocritical that they criticize it but have it; also our own effort to create a circular economy around Bitcoin without complicating the matter so much for ordinary people.
When we were children, they gave us money to buy anything and we simply used the money and that was it, nobody explained to us how the fiat system worked, of course they didn't know how it actually works either, but for us the most important thing was to use that money to buy and that's it. Today people are like those children in the sense of Bitcoin thinking, if we try to explain the technical aspects of Bitcoin before helping them see how they can buy and sell with Bitcoin, people can move away more than adopt it. Of course, there are issues that, depending on each person, they should know at a certain time.
It would be good to ask if in an era where children have mobile phones connected to the internet, do our children know how to use a Lightning wallet on the Testnet to play, learn and then teach their friends? Do my children, grandchildren or nephews do it? It could be a good start.
Mass adoption is necessary, whether it will be carried out or not will depend on many things, we are fighting against a fiat system established by imposition and against minds enslaved by that system.
Hopefully this adoption will happen as soon as possible. But I am also worried that if it happens:
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE ENTITIES THAT HOLDS SEEDS THAT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO THOUSANDS OF BTC?
HOW WILL THAT INFLUENCE THE NEW BITCOIN-ONLY SYSTEM?
