But you never thought that you don't need any of these "tricks" and just... rebut any jurisdiction over you, the "shitizen"?
Trying to avoid (imaginary) states borders it means you recognize them.
You do not need a getaway, you need to be a sovereign individual.
First you need to learn WHO you really are.
Then you learn how to "present" yourself in the world, as a sovereign individual, that NOBODY have any authority or jurisdiction.
Then if you really want to go further, create your "own nation state" that absolutely everybody must recognize it.
The Convention on the Rights and Duties of States is an international treaty signed in Montevideo, Uruguay, on December 26, 1933.
The convention establishes the definition of the State, its rights and obligations.
In Article 1 it establishes four characteristic criteria of a State that have become part of customary international law.
They have been recognized as confirmation in International Law, establishing that a State as a person of International Law must meet the following requirements:
ARTICLE 1
The State as a subject of International Law must meet the following requirements:
- permanent population (you, yourself, as a living man)
- determined territory (your own body)
- government (you are your own government)
- ability to enter into relations with other States (anytime)
Under these guidelines, any entity that meets these criteria can be considered a sovereign state under international law, whether or not it has been recognized by other states.
ARTICLE 3
The political existence of the state is independent of its recognition by other states.
Even before being recognized, the State has the right to defend its integrity and independence.
ARTICLE 7
The recognition of the State may be express or tacit. The latter results from any act that implies the intention to recognize the new State.
You will be literally an ambassador traveling around the world wherever you are.
But you must be well prepared... and Bitcoin help a lot for that.
Sure. there are lots of very interesting legal aspects like these!
But this is for situations where these things do not work, will get around to these things later.
I'd totally not try to city anything like this in many situation, but then also maybe in some cases where you'd think its the last trick to pull. Some jurisdictions that are frowned upon are better on follow international law and conventions than those that let the US bully them into whatever...

Any real life experience with these things? Its a genuine question.
Whatever I publish here will be from that perspective, as far as I'm capable, and there is of course no guarantee that I'm right, we're all on our own in this jungle regardless of net value, lawyers and so on ;-)
It will all get quite interesting now when the US beast is dying...

This whole fucked up world is a contract world. Everything is based on contracts, agreements, consent.

What can often work is to let the government think that they bent or even crushed you ;-)
