When is the last time the same Super Bowl teams two straight years?
30 years ago. Which just means we are due. Haha
A lot can change. I am just basing off what we know of the teams right now after last season, off season and week one.
If Mahomes tears his ACL Sunday the Chiefs aren't going back to the SB

They are the only consecutive Super Bowl teams
Very difficult to repeat as conference champions regardless of era or free agency or salary cap

I think the Chiefs have gone to 5 consecutive conference championship games in a row and won 4 of them and the 49ers have gone to 4/5 and won 2.

Patriots went to 8 straight, 2011 to 2018
Oakland Raiders with coach John Madden went to 5 or 6 straight in the 1970s, commitment to excellence
Chiefs: 2018 to 2023 , 6 straight, 4 Super Bowl, lost in 2018 and 2021
49ers: 19, 21, 22, 23

Wow 6 in a row. Forgot they went to AFC championship in 2018 as well.
Hopefully that streak ends this year. Mahomes is incredible but I am sick of the Chiefs.

I noticed ticket prices for chiefs at chargers are higher than last year
Last year bills didnā€™t have any linebackers
2021 bills should have won before overtime
Ravens forgot to run the ball last year. They will probably have to visit Kansas City on the road in playoffs
