It's quite imposible to measure the whole LN traffic.
I consider this tweet just a bullshit misleading marketing campaign to create the illusion that Conbase is doing great job.
I mean they can give an appropriate number of "sends" (if they mean withdraw by that). That number should not relate to any routing of payments or whatsoever.
Wonder how they do it "in the background". They don't do it by themself as I remember so there needs to be a syncing from their accounts to the LN Service provider...

I think they mean withdrawals from their platform in this case. No abnormal surveillance required.
