Ah! What a daily delight of intelligent reading about stupidity. I reiterate my thanks to @DarthCoin. It actually makes me laugh reflexively, stupid people are very dangerous.
Today I am understanding better why rulers have such stupid behavior, THERE ARE SUPERLATIVE LEVELS, and why people vote for those rulers, those who vote are stupid.
So what is the probability that intelligence will have a positive effect on society?

Unfortunately stupid people will always exist. Is kind of balancing too much intelligence :) But now with this book we know to identify, avoid or control the stupid people. When you know with who you are dealing is much easier to live.
