the living space is about 300 sqft. i've lived in a 25sqft closet before for a year, i can go lower.

it's a big tent with a 3x5 ft workout mat / bed area. my vision is that when it's time to leave the city, the transition will be seamless.

while living in a shoebox for record-low rent (for the area), the property owner gave me a yard job to reduce the rent even more. the shoebox got tight with gf, so i kicked myself out into an outdoor tent.
