I've been doing it ever since my childhood. This is the first thing you do after bathing as a Hindu. Great way to revitalize.

I don't know much about Hinduism but I have enjoyed what I have learned. These seems like a great practice.

That's awesome. Another element in there. I will check this out. Thank you for the share. ๐Ÿค

If I'm not mistaken, increasing endurance, maintaining healthy bones and reducing depression, maybe that's the benefit of sunbathing in the morning, but don't get too hot.

reply

There are so many great benefits. Don't want to overdo it though, like everything. In the right dosage, it's great medicine.

My son would look into the sun and say ahhhh my eyes

reply

Best to do it when the sun is very low. Don't want it to burn. Although with practice I have worked my way to being able to handle it higher and higher.

reply

I try to in the morning but Iโ€™m usually in the office before itโ€™s very bright. I feel much better when I do it.

reply

Man, you work early. It's pretty awesome. I feel like I am getting some kind of sweet upgrades that I can't describe with words.

reply

I used to work exclusively outside (still on a computer but outside). Itโ€™s almost like we evolved to be outside :)

reply

Hmmm..you might be on to something there. I live out of a tiny camper so I end up being outside most of the time. I don't feel well if I am inside too long. I struggle with cloudy rainy days too. AZ works well for me.
