Tbh this kind of flow "You buy a game on steam, I send you btc" formalized in some app/protocol/nostr_convention with reputation system could be a cool bottom-up distributed alternative to things like bitrefill/robosats.

If the steam sale was still going on, I would have just used BitRefill. But trying to get away from them too becuse they started geolocking their gift cards.

This game looks pretty much like every other survival game out there nowadays. I can't help you with your problem for a variety of reasons--but the biggest one is that paying for games is not in my financial budget whatsoever for any reason.
