I think your children will do very well since you’re modelling how to lead a sustainable lifestyle
My older kids only understand me to a degree. My daughter probably thinks I am very strange. She doesn't come to the land much. I was a very different man when they were young and lived with me. I did the best I could with what I had at the time. When help create more tiny humans I'm the future, they will have a very different experience. It's exciting.

People talk themselves out of this a lot because its work and they don't think they're qualified, but its worth it and since no one cares about your kid more than their parents, parents need to know they are uniquely qualified.
There's not many excuses for outsourcing the most important job of your life to the state.
