Dang with $.09/kWh and $20k investment in equipment, I wouldn't recoup my investment for 18 months assuming 100% yearly bitcoin price appreciation and 50% yearly difficulty increase. With a 100% yearly difficulty increase like we saw this year (some of which was caused by the loss of hash rate with the china ban), I'd never be in profit.
