This is not at what you were thinking about but back in my teenage years I followed a few (Tumblr-) blogs were people wrote about the drama in their personal lives with names abbreviated to A. and B. or with fake names
The stories were probably insanely exaggerated. There were even a few ""undercover"" blogs reporting on micro-famous people from Twitter (teenagers with 4k followers) à la Gossip Girl.
It's pretty cringe but at the time the drama queen in me loved following it. Pretty sure that none of them exist anymore
