Yes, I have been seeing a meme lately. It is: a howitzer shell with the words “The dildo of consequences rarely comes lubricated” written on it. Perhaps the duel would be one of those hard consequences.

Haha... These days freaks would do duels like that, I have no doubt......... :-/
Actually I think I saw the peak of the modern state actually achieving something in the early seventies into the early eighties with railroads that totally worked and so on, but of course that was all built on top of private enterprise when you checked the details...
