Today I was doing a P2P on lnp2pbot, an option to buy SATs without KYC. Someone takes my offer and I follow the bot's instructions until it's time to contact my peer. That contact is done privately on telegram, I must confess that it's time to start using Mostro on Nostr, but there is still a delay in that sense, but we continue with what we were doing, I realize that my peer is someone new, with a lot of patience I was helping him until the operation was completed. But in one of the community groups I realize that this peer was asking questions about topics that showed total ignorance of how Bitcoin, Lightning, etc. work. In my eagerness to help, because I can't do anything else, it's inside me, through DM I suggested some things, including STUDY, RESEARCH AND WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS, ASK IN THE COMMUNITY. There was a moment when the conversation started to turn to how to earn SATs, to which I replied that with PoW, that the rest is a scam, I briefly explained the convenience of using self-custody Lightning wallets, that I would have to open channels and such, but that a person called @DarthCoin had some very good guides.

My heart stopped when he wrote me "and how is it going with the channel? Does it make you profit?"

I understood that he did not know what he was talking about, but expressions from DarthCoin and his guides came to my head when he says "if what you want is a node to earn money, this is not for you" These are approximately his words. I calmed down and replied, "I SUGGEST YOU STUDY A LOT AND RESEARCH BEFORE DOING ANYTHING

If you're starting to go down the Bitcoin rabbit hole, here's some good advice I was given. BITCOIN IS NOT FOR PLAYING, BITCOIN IS EARNED WITH WORK, THERE ARE FEW, VALUE THE SATS YOU HAVE, USE THEM WELL AND ABOVE ALL THINGS!!!!!!
