Be careful what you wish... if you are able to change it should be applicable ONLY in the present, not even in the future and definitely not in the past.

I mean being able to go back in time to change something it could create a "butterfly effect" and you will never get out from that loop affecting all the rest in unimaginable ways...

I would change the world to erase psycopathy and sociopathy. Don’t need to do anything with the people, only remove their mental diseases: psychopathy and sociopathy.
