Very good post about anchors. I want also to raise awareness, that this anchors is good as protocol, but its implementation in LND really sucks and also users weren't well informed about what should. It was creating really bad situations and frustration in some cases. Is still not clear about that 100k max to keep in one UTXO or in two or many. It is not clear that is really 10k sats/channel. What about if the user wants to disable it. Forcing to use this is not fair, in special when eltoo is coming and will fix this issue even more elegantly.
