Where do they get the financing for this? Not sure if this will drain their foreign reserve out and get into a bigger issue.

I can't figure this out either. Can someone give some insight? Their btc holdings are at a big loss. I know tourism has increased, and there has been a boost to the economy, but it still doesn't make sense. Maybe Max Kaiser donated a chunk of his enormous stack!
